OHA-7 by PCE Demo version 1.0.2 (4,960,444 bytes) - a demo version of our OHA-7 product. This is a fully functional product with the following exceptions: (1) The words "Demo Version" appear on printed reports and in the title bar of the main window in lieu of your office name, and (2) the OHA7 data files that are created or modified with this software cannot be saved. Includes several OHA7 sample data files. This file contains a self-extracting InstallShield(tm) setup program. To run the setup, simply execute the program after it has been downloaded.

PCE Utilities

Fralculator version 2.0 (4,559,723 bytes) - a handy calculator for manipulating fractions of any size. In addition to basic fractional math, calculates LCD and decimal equivalents for a series of fractions. A must for realty offices that deal with fractionated interests.

GovCal2000 version 2.0 (3,132,269 bytes) - a desktop calendar for government offices that can be annotated. Includes US government holidays and pay periods for 1999, 2000, and 2001. Prior version (GovCal99) users please note: be sure to read the ReadMe notice when prompted during the installation process.
