PCLease Trust Real Estate Management
PCLease is a fully featured client / server system for the management of American Indian / Trust lands and resources. With a simple point-and-click interface, its features include comprehensive lease / lessee data, assignment histories, billing options and fees, multi-tract leases, fractional ownership, usage data, compliance, bond, insurance, and contract modification tracking. The accounts receivable subsystem provides multiple billing cycles, fixed and adjustable rates, fees, penalties, interest and grace periods, as well as printable barcoded payment coupon books and mail-ready account statements. Other features include appraisal management, form letter generation, tickler messages, multi-page comments, and cut-and-paste compatibility with common Windows (tm) products. OHA-7 by PCE is an easy-to-use, Windows(tm)-based computer program that simplifies the collection, management, and printing of family heirship data and OHA7 reports. Using a logically-structured family tree with intuitive icons representing family members and beneficiaries, you simply point and click to add or revise individual entries. Features include the OHA-7 Wizard, which guides you through the initial information-gathering process, a consistency checker to verify critical family information, an export function that produces name and address files in a variety of formats, and the ability to print draft & formal OHA-7 reports. Correspondence Tracking System (CTS) by PCE
CTS is a correspondence tracking system for use in government offices. CTS features include the recording of incoming mail, email, phone requests, etc., the designation of various request types (FOIA, congressional, normal, etc.), the ability to flag requests with responses due and due dates, and the capability to assign / reassign correspondence projects to office teams or individuals. Individuals can quickly review a list of their current correspondence project assignments, update them when they are completed, and indicate any document that was issued in response to the request. Other features include log filtering, sorting, searching and printing as well as management and statistical reporting. System requirements
PCEnrollment - Tribal Enrollment System
PCEnrollment is a Windows(tm)-based client / server system for maintaining name, address, blood quantum, family relationship, and other information for American Indian Tribal rolls. Rolls can be filtered and sorted and family members / relationships displayed in a visually intuitive environment. Individuals can be added and updated with a simple mouse click. Other features include import / export capabilities, custom CDIB design and printing, per capita subset generation, and a flexible report engine for user-defined reports.
